- By default all payments are processed at the time of shipment.

- All orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Melbourne, Australia.
- Our typical shipment preparation time is 1 week from order placement.
- This is dependent on stock availability.
- This excludes shipping time.
- We will provide a tracking number upon shipment.
- Wholesale prices are exclusive of taxes and duties.

- We reserve the right to alter our wholesale and retail pricing at any time, unless already invoiced.
- We are happy to offer geographic exclusivity for shops that make meaningful retail commitments to the brand. To retain exclusive rights, the buyer needs to have placed wholesale purchases within the previous 90 days. For Me By Dee must be notified in advance of any new location added to existing stockist agreements.
- For Me By Dee retains the right to have multiple stockists in the same geographic location if they are holding different lines of product.
RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES TO ORDERS
- All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed once the final invoice has been generated and payment has been made.
- Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
- We cannot accept returns on unsold items.
- All of our products are packaged with care and are thoroughly checked before sending. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect shipment or an item is faulty, or an item was damaged during shipping, you have 48 hours from receipt of delivery to report any damage to email@example.com. Please include your invoice number and the description of the item. If the fault is visible, please provide photographs.
